depends on alot of things, diet and your workout. give a little bit more info
-
Well I just got done bulking and I still ate clean through that. I will do my same lifting routine that i did when bulking and eat a ton of protien to preserve muscle. I will also be doing cardio like running and swimming
-
how many calories you taking in?
-
Well right now a ton for bulk but i will prob take in about 2300 for cut im 160 how much should i take for cut?
-
Body fat looks to be in the mid to high teens, so in that case I would say probably plan on anywhere from an 8-12 week cut to get your abs showing through.
-
Sorry to be blunt but your answer is when you get your bodyfat below 10%

Hmm...I trust that your diet is in order, so based on that condition, I'd probably say two and a half months to get to 8% or lower. You look like you're around 15-18% to me, so two months to 10% and another two weeks to 8% (IMO).
I hope this helps. =)

Sure its not alot of fat, but when your body gets down around 10% it does not let its fat go easily. Anyone who has ever cut below 10% can attest to this.
Cutting into single digits is a whole other ballgame man

I'm aware. I've been below 10%. I went from just above 10% to 7.7% in about two and a half weeks. It's still doable.
In the end, the argument over how long it takes to get to 8% from 10% is not the point of the thread. The OP can probably drop to sub-10% in two to three months. I think we can both agree on that.
