So i am assuming it is going to give me some strength but how much mass is it going to pack on me in the 8 weeks it gives you? i guess I'll just restart it when it ends but is it designed to add a good bit of mass as well?

routine looks like a typical football workout, the only way you will get big off it is if you eat right, just like with any routine
