1000 lb total
hey guys I have a short term goal to get all the weight i can off of rippetoes i plan on doing it for 5 or 6 months right now im 5'7" about 135 maybe 140. heres my stats they are all 5 rep maxes
bench: 80
squat: 110
deadlift: 120
I increase my squat 10lbs a week and my deadlift 10lbs a week and bench i try for 5 lbs a week. But i want my future stats to total 1000lbs or somewhere close to that what would be ideal numbers for these 3 lifts? I love to squat and deadlift and bench lol I love them all but i think squat is my favorite. O and i know I will have to gain a significant amount of weight, ill prolly be around 200 lbs by then with around 15% bf. I want to be RAW too.

squat:
deadlift:

you dont have to be 200lbs to total 1000lbs at a height of 5'7''. I am about 5'8'' 160-165lbs and total 1000.

im only 14 i expect to grow another 2 or 3 inches maybe 4 if im lucky lol i havent really had a growth spurt yet, and I dont think I could total 100lbs at that weight what bf% are you? i wish i could but maybe ill say 180 lbs.

and according to your bodyspace your 10% lol so my bad i didnt see that, and your stats only say 250 bench, 270 squat, 345 deadlift, thats not 1000 lbs or have you just not updated your bodyspace? cuz I can see if you didnt update it.

Bodyspace just takes takes the lifts you put in and converts them to an estimated 1RM.

Yea my bodyspace is a little outdated. I dont really change it cause I dont have pics on it and it doesnt really give anyone a good reference. If I ever put pictures up Ill keep my stats updated so people know how I look at certain capabilities.

I've had stretches like that, but they don't last long my friend.

i just started lifting though so I think i can do that for at least a while and then they will slow down and after that my goal is to add 10 lbs a month to all my main 3 lifts.
-
You can definitely hit 1000lb raw. Just remember, it may take a little longer if you want to stay at 140lb. I would personally recommend to eat a bunch (lots of protein and healthy foods) and that will make it easier for your lifts to go up. Focus on how you're doing on each lift each week and dont go in saying "I am adding 10lbs each week and thats what I'm doing again this week" if you had quite a bit of trouble the last week. Maybe just go with 5lbs extra.
Lift hard, lift smart, and have fun.
Good luck on your goal! Keep us updated

The lifts didnt look impressive when i first looked at it but then i saw your 14yrs old. When i was 14, i was 100lbs and 5ft 4 and Benched once at a friends place and did 50lbs. LOL. You most likely havnt hit a growth spurt, when you do you power will explode naturally. My bench when up 80lbs in from the age 14-15 while not even lifting weights becoz i hit a growth spurt(only 10lb bodyweight gain but crazy strength gains).
