Goal - Drop Body Fat - Ratios
Wanted to get some opinions. Currently 178lbs, roughly 8-10% body fat. Been working a plan of about 2200cals. Macro %'s are 50% protein 30%carbs 20%fat. I dropped about .5lbs per week, which is good because I do not want to drop weight. I leaned out very well, but feel after about 6weeks now I've come to a halt. What if I keep protein % the same, and flipped carbs to 20% and brought up fats to 30%. Do you think that will spark body fat loss?
Training has changed every four weeks as well to keep it fresh.
