So that's one of the reasons why jack3d formula changed? It sucks that someone died... but wow, what a dumb bish :D
I bought 2 tubs of jack3d (old formula), about 2 weeks ago.
What pre-workout do you guys use? Will be looking for a new product when my tubs run out.
G33K3D by Anabolic Kreations is twice as good as the old Jack3d and has alot of the same stuff, but more. I sell it at my stores if you are interested. Most potent preworkout on the market IMO

It's hard to tell with the black clothes, but she might have good shape. She's definitely lacking size though.

XRequiem, you have zero arch and are basically benching like every other gym bro, except you are tucking your elbows a little.
Out of all the preworkouts I've logged, I think HyperFX from BSN is probably my favorite for the winter. It sucks during the summer because it has a thermo in it, and you will sweat your balls off.
I gave my friend my only 3 samples of hyperfx (got them at fit expo)... LOL.

I'll look at them later.
by BA, you mean beta-alanine right?

Took epsom salt bath last night followed by application of dmso (without washing with soap after bath). I think this severely irritated my skin.

Straight ibuprofen is too concentrated from what I've read (see about the FDA outlawing ibuprofen gels even). I can't think of where I read this though...basically if you find a topical with whatever the local painkiller is, you need to use the least concentrated one. The blue stuff I have has about the right concentration but this post is now making very little sense. In any case, please, stay safe.
I feel ok...skin isn't as irritated now.

Okay cool. I get what you're saying.
Basically DMSO is used to do something similar though right? I've never used it or seen it for sale, just heard a few people talk about how much it makes you smell.

DMSO is an industrial solvent. It's also an excellent transdermal carrier agent. And was used as such in many drugs before the FDA banned it for use as such because people are stupid and need government to protect them from themselves. You can buy it in large quantities on Amazon. Be aware that it's also highly hydrophilic; it will absorb moisture (and the concomitant contaminants in that moisture) from the air itself. It will take pretty much anything of reasonable size -- dust, dirt, soap residue, powders, dyes, even fabric fibers -- and transport it through the skin.
It's also a decent anti-inflammatory all by itself.
And yes, your entire body, and breath, will smell very very strongly of garlic after use. Not "hey, that stuff you put on smells". But, "Hey, you smell." Because it'll be your body producing the odor.

Thanks guys will rep when I can. All my negs come from the misc so I'm pretty sure if I post there it could backfire pretty hard. If anyone wanted to pass it on for me I'd be grateful. Appreciate the support. Reid's a goddamn talented wrestler.

I can actually buy it at the Ranch and Home (the 20 oz bottle of 99% that amazon sells, a smaller bottle, 2 sizes of gels at 90% by volume, and a roll on that's 90% on volume that seems to work just as well as the 99% stuff). I don't wanna beat a dead horse (is that a saying?) but Jesus Christ Ranch and Home is the best place in the world. Last time I was nutting over it I said to you guys "if they had a coffee shop in there I could hang all day". Was leaving with my DMSO last night and there was a coffee shop, with a cute as fawk blonde working smiling at me on the way out. Anyways, I don't experience the smell that much and I agree, it's great by itself. As we had discussed recently I'm going to do some experimentation with DMSO and other various anti inflams to see what the optimal combo might be.
