I`ve only been training in a powerlifting style (not powerlifting as I haven`t competed ;) ) for about 2 months. Currently I do not own wraps or a belt but I am giving this due consideration.
For those of you that use wraps and/or a belt when did you decide to get them and what was the reason behind it? e.g. safety, advice, to increase lifts etc....
