I got a 5 day workout routine.
Sunday - Back
Monday - Shoulders
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - Chest
Friday - Biceps and Triceps
Saturday - Off
But I always do at least 100 push ups daily no matter what, is that bad for muscle repair.

IMO it would aid recovery by stimulating blood flow to the chest... Im guessing you dont have to fight for every rep and can be completed in 3-4 minutes?
I mean... You walk after leg days right?

Walking is as stressful to you as doing 100 pushups?
Strange.
lol yeah, I mean I could maybe see that being the case for the world record holder of push ups or something, but for most people, the only way for walking to be as stressful is if taking 100 steps were as huge a challenge. I could only see that being the case walking up hill dragging at least a light sled behind you.
It's not the worst concept to comprehend, and he's not saying it literally. He suggested that the push-ups aren't going to failure, and his point is that in general you are still using your muscles.
I don't think it's a very fine line between training past proper recovery and overtraining, and you could just do it as an added pre-set. I'm of course applying this to just your chest day, but otherwise I would try holding off of them the day after you do chest, especially if you are going to failure, or are sore at all from them. Plus, I might leave a day or 2 before chest day, and that wouldn't leave very many days of the week, lolz.
Doing shoulders also is something to think about. Make sure this is all in proper volume.
Depends on your goals. If your goal is to get bigger and/or stronger then best case scenario you're just wasting time, worst case scenario is your pushups will have a negative effect for the 3 days you already have working shoulders/chest/tris.
If your goal is to get good at doing 100 pushups then it looks pretty good.

u wont get a clear answer on this, best bet if it really worries u is to gauge ur progress over a few months with & without it.
while its not the end of the world, id say u'd be better off doing it every 2nd day if u are addicted to it..

this concept was floating around magazines some yrs ago - i believe they called it a feeder workout - pumping the muscles with blood using light weights day after a workout in order to flood them with nutrients & hormones etc. but it hasnt been supported as useful by either anecdotal or scientific evidence. prolly just waste of time.
You got to a good number so unless you want to take them further I think it's time to maintain your gains by dropping the frequency to just two times a week and move on to something more challenging.
I dunno what you're looking to get out of doing 100 push ups daily...? What's the point?
It might benefit you I'm not sure all I know is that my boy in prison does push ups daily and prison doesn't even have weights.. He came out HuGe!!!
With a user name like "alleyezonme3" I'm willing to bet you're thinking that this is going to make your chest huge! Well its not! As someone else previously stated its all about your goals. If you want to grow, then stop! If you want to use this as a "show off point" for the next tailgate party then go for it.
