To make you regret it. Duh.
Indirectly, she succeeded. :p
But she was the one playing games. She raped me on the first date (got me to sleep with her without a condom, no bc, I wasnt aware I was inside her, typsy and numb) for 30 sec til I realized it and rejected her) we hit off too well, I try to date her but she starts playing games, I disregard.
Now I wonder if patience was required instead of deleting #. Oh well

Well look at it like this... she would still be an 8/10 playing games so you are still better off. Appearance doesn't change everything;)

^This. Looks change does not necessarily mean her personality changed. If anything it went worse, she knows she got better looking and may play more games now.

Don't fall into the trap. She hasn't changed. It's a silly thing to to improve your appearance to make others regret or think twice.

Truth, but certain women are worth the trouble, and some aren't. I know it sounds very shallow, but she had the personality points on the high scale, albeit she played games.

her good looks aren't really directed at me. She's got very low self-esteem even though she was cute as hell, always told me she isn't used to compliments and so, but I just had/have a feeling she dates plenty of guys at the same time to feel better. Red flag, red flag, red flag, but i dug her. I have the habbit of falling for older women, or the wrong ones my age. :D

Must have torn something in my quad, left leg is swollen and hurting to the touch, cant hardly bend the leg without agonizing pain. Damn squats dont know what or how happened, couldnt sleep last night at all. Very irritated and limping at work like an old dog that has been kicked too many times. Feeling sick, tired and limping and then some of the people at work have the audacity to ask me to help them with their work lol.
From the stress at work with deadlines, not sleeping from the baby, sick and now injured, seriously hoping not to go in to roid rage mode and go over to the yapping kunts that sit behind me and kick their fuking cubicles down and throw them out the window. With their computers and desks.
Have your wife kiss it better :D
She tried last night poor woman, brought me ice packs, took care of me, then after all that in sleep while she was sleeping she throws her leg over me, and hits me right where it hurt the most, and I jump up almost clocked her one lol while half asleep.
I seriously couldnt bend my leg to get out of bed so I kind of got up with the leg extended, took a pillow and went to the living room at like 4 am. Took a bunch of nyqil and fell asleep there.

Jimmies rustled how guys at work always complain how they cant get any dates.
Went to 7 eleven down the street from work, couple chicks dressed in hoochie clothes. Had my back turned to them paying to leave I hear one of them say hello, I didnt turn around, then tap on the shoulder hello. We work with you, Im Taryn and other one didnt get her name, we seen you around, what you doing, are you off? No Im still at work, well we going to the bar across the street come join us if you get off early.
Almost said ok but if I get a threesome tonight. Said thx but not tonight too tired and walked out, getting in to my car the other one says, hey the bar is right there up the street. I said thanks.
Never seen these women before. BRB calling the wife saying honey Im going out tonight and getting in to a threesome.
BRB losing everything lol.
Just dont get how so many guys complain that they cant get a date, so many single women here at work, over 700 women and maybe 200 guys. WTF dudes go and talk to some of them.

Yeah...I'm "supposedly" around 32% and I WISH mine looked like that...even before the baby it wasn't that good, LOL It's like they picked the very best looking of the fat chicks, LOL.

Ahh, yeah, that would make sense too, for photo shoots and all...he looks great, just a little "bare" for my own taste, lol. There's just something manly about a guy with some body hair to me :)

Pretty weird. I never hear women/girls hating on chest hair, except few American women.
Middle Eastern girls would literally think a guy is gay if he doesn't have chest hair, worst of all if he shaves it.

Meh, different strokes for different folks :) I would hate for hubs to have to go through all that too...and then the stubble...I can't stand my own legs being stubbly and rubbing together, don't wanna think about what that would be like to try and rest my head on!LOL Doesn't have to be super furry, just being natural is fine with me :)

From Muscle Insider:
His competitive career was postponed in 2008 when Frank suffered a triceps injury while doing skull crushers for 205 lbs. Initially diagnosed incorrectly Frank waited for three months for a second opinion where it was revealed that he did tear his triceps tendon.
Car Accident
After a lengthy layoff McGrath suffered another setback. In early 2010 Frank was involved in an automobile accident. An oncoming vehicle jumped the median and hit Frank’s car head on. Frank lost his spleen, suffered a collapsed lung, lost three litres of blood and had the skin torn from his previously injured triceps.
Before that he was dealing with his father being sick. I don't know if he has competed at all lately. He still has a huge fanbase with the Animal guys. It seems Evan Centopani is being groomed to be "that guy" now.

Hey bsg I was just out of the shower and looking in the mirror the left quad is definitely swollen, also it's starting to get red. It's definitely sucks, I'm
Limping around all day, going to go and try to do some back and bis in the gym
Now and see how it goes, I'm
Probably at least an inch more swollen then the right leg, do I have to see a doc for this or just let it heal itself?

You already have probably been doing this but heres a link that might be useful. Tearing quads suck. I've done it a few times playing hockey or training.

NBE- If you want to see a PT you will have to see the Doc first.
My doc understands what I do, so we visited for 5 min, she measured my legs, gave me the "Yep, you tore it" and gave me crap for only taking 300 mgs of ibuprofen. Bumped it to 800 a day for at least a week. Then sent me to a phys therapist for rehab. (Total rehab cost about $500 after insurance)
We did some e-stim the first couple weeks while it was initially healing. E-stim helps prevent the scar tissue from glomming up. Fibers need to expand / contract and move by each other, so e-stim gets deep in the muscle to wam it so we could repattern it. Initial active PT was easy bodyweight movements such as BW squats, lunges and stretching in the first phase. Then added in lots of single leg stability work...lunges, step ups, single leg on the leg press, faster BW squats, etc.
My current PT would have had me do more stretching and dynamic work that that one did.
