For this log I'll be taking Ronnie Coleman Signature Series Myo-Blitz XS and Testogen XR. I'm really excited about this logging opportunity as I have gotten bored of Assault, and am looking for something a bit stronger. In addition this will be the first time I have logged or even taken (for that matter) a testosterone booster. At 23, my testosterone levels should have begun to decline, and hopefully this product helps me get up to that peak that I was at when I was closer to 18. From what I understand, testosterone boosters don't 'raise' your testosterone levels above what is natural, but rather they bring you back up to that peak once your T levels begin to decline in your early twenties. So feel free to join with me as I compete for some amazing strength gains, definition, and fight for the RCSS belt (which the best log wins!!!).

Current diet goals (using myfitnesspal.com):
2550 calories per day
-> I was at 3100 before but still struggled to put on any weight. Once I get in the grove of my workout and diet I will be increasing my calories back closer to 3000. Right now I feel a bit pudgy so I will be trying to get a little bit of my 'lean' look back before the summer gets here. Slow and steady progress and weight gain seems to be the best for myself. I have made tremendous gains in the gym by eating healthy and not trying to just pack on calories. I also am hesitant of doing any sort of bulk (approximately 3500+) calories for myself as there are as many negative effects from trying to increase weight gain that fast as there are positives. Anyways, fat cells never leave, and I am in it for the long run.
50% Carbs
319g
35% Protein
223g
15% Fats
43g
Why 35% protein? I am currently taking a personal training course. Both ACSM and NCCPT (the one I am enrolled) state that damage to the liver can occur if protein consumption is above 30% of the total caloric intake. Although many bodybuilders might go on a very low carb high protein diet, it seems to me like they do not do it for a very long time (typically for competitions) and then they start to increase their carbohydrate intake afterwards. I believe that the atkin's diet is an example of this but I am not completely sure on that. Anyhow, carbohydrates are required for synthesizing protein. If you cut out all of your carbs, much of that protein is going to be wasted. Not to mention that your body will begin to consume protein for energy rather than the quick source of energy that carbohydrates offer. This will lead to slower workouts, a lethargic attitude, and less than 100% effort at the gym. So to each their own, but I will be keeping my protein around 35%
