I know what that is :)
Almost bought an Apex kit when I had the M&P. Then I remembered that Springfield still made pistols.

Get the right size?
Also, not sure how useful a jacket like that is given your local climate. Even your coldest month has an average high of 63* (9* warmer than here, even)

That'll happen when you buy cheap.
I figure my Carhartt will last the way my Columbia winter coat. I've had that Columbia since 2002 and it's like new as far as I can tell. But now that I live in GA and not in the midwest it's a bit much to wear very often. The Carhartt shall now carry the flag

Is it quiet? IMO if an air rifle is just as loud as a .22lr I would rather just have a .22lr.
Yea its quite.
Really only thing you hear is a slight "twang", and the pellet hitting the target.
The one I got is .25 cal, and it blasts thru 1" pine at 60 yards.
You get a good work out from pumping it up to 3,000 psi also :)
You're focusing on the things in life that don't really matter. Political intent is irrelevant; much like the trade market is based on projected growth, the firearm market can be flipped on its head by perceived threats before they come to fruition. And although we don't like to admit it, a good portion (if not the majority) of our armed brothers are ill-informed, word-of-mouth morons who will pay $1200 for a Bushmaster because someone on The High Road told them that Obama's going to steal their taxes to fund NWO disarming efforts.
I went to smash burger few months ago after shooting and the woman had to give me literally 1-2 minute spiel explaining the menu and shiv. I legitimately pitied her for having to do that for every new customer who walked in
