Home made high calorie shake?
Hey, So as im starting to bulk im going to start making my own home made shakes. Preferably high in calories as im skinny and when i eat a lot i get full and its a real effort to eat more. Heard that shakes don't fill you up as much so going to try taking them to see if they help. So any suggestions on what ingredients i should use ? i don't really care much for taste ... the disgusting stuff is the best for you right. Although if it tastes good its a plus as it'll be easier to drink.
