Any problems with eating Eggs right now?
Do they fit in your macros? There is no problem with them...?
I love eggs before bed, always have a couple hard boiled ones. They should be good, considering they're full of healthy fats and protein... which is what everyone says you should be consuming before bed.
i hope there is nothing wrong with eating eggs at night, because i kinda just did.

are you worried about digestion?
I sometimes have some hard boiled eggs as my pre-bed snack. It's a nice change from CC and PB.

Eggs are fine pre-bed. It's fat and protein that's very bioavailable for the human body. It'll be perfect....as long as the rest of your diet is in check. Also, it keeps you from waking up hungry because it's filling. I hate waking up at 3 am with my stomach growling.

recent studies have shown that because eggs are a breakfast food, its dangerous to eat them at night

i'm pretty sure eggs digest more quickly than a lot of other foods, so you might want to consider switching to something that digests a little slower since you will be fasting for 6-8 hrs while you sleep. With that being said, there's nothing wrong with eggs pre bed, they'll do you just fine.
If you guys would spend a night under the same roof as my brother when he eats eggs at night you guys would probably avoid them. Lol you'd swear something died in the house.

Neutral. Good source of protein and fat but it doesn't matter when you eat eggs. You don't get any special magic powers for eating them in the morning "Like everybody else" or at night.
