it says to put 16 ounces of liquid with 4 scoops but that doesnt even fit into a regular shaker cup. i tried to add one scoop at a time and shake but the when i drink it theres some liquid and also globs of protein also. its pretty disgusting. is this how its always gonna be like or am i doing something wrong

yeah, that **** is nasty. it seems like they just put those numbers in the instructions without trying it, cuz if they did, i think they would have changed it. 16 oz and 4 level scoops? its almost as much powder as there is liquid! it just doesnt really mix, its like drinking mud. and for some reason, i can only find people talking good about it. when i drink the recommended serving size, i almost throw up every time. im never buying it again, thats for sure.
i used to take that stuff (until i found out it was a waste of money) and i used to do 8 ounces of liquid. and 2 scoops of the powder. it didnt taste half bad. but yeah, 4 scoops is a little to much
Lol at amp maxxx, it sucks, its loaded of ****en sugar, why dont you just blend ice cream + some white eggs, that'd be better and cheaper.
