Regardless of how well i stretch out every day (yes i stretch or foamroll daily), my lower back (specificly the area circled in red) is [I]very[/I] tight. Its easily the tightest muscle group of my entire body every time i stretch. I think this might be why my dead blows for how long ive been lifting/body weight....but im not certain.
