pick one and be consistent

Thanks! Signed up now and like what the other guy said, I'll stay consistent to this one.
I like FatSecret(.)Com the reason I like it is because I weigh everything in Grams and just enter the weight I'm eating. I don't have to eat a full serving of the food, or calculate how much of a full serving I'm eating.

Sounds good. Will definitely check it out as I weigh everything in grams now.
I'm hoping to post some new pics after this week so I can get my bodyfat estimated so you can calculate my macros for me in your thread.
Looking at my stats, it just seems odd that 1,800 calories per day didn't yield any weight loss for 2 weeks now. Going down to 1,600 for this week as well as lifting like a beast.
Also use fatsecret.com - they have a BB app (sometimes a bit slow though) which sync's to their website so it makes the calorie counting task so much more convenient.

Damn, mate, great transformation. Repped! (For being a fellow 5ft 8'er too - the limbo of height).
And do these macros look correct everyone?
287g scrambled egg = 500 cals / 35g protein
2 x slices toast = 200 cals / 7g protein
260g chicken breast = 500 cals / 75g protein
350g mixed salad = 50 cals
45g salad cream = 150 cals
EDIT: They're also rounded up. Like the chicken was actually 489 cals.
another great tool if you know your BF % (can get an estimate here on the forums if you don't) is posting in the long thread by FlexDiaz (i think its on page 2. it doesnt let me post links yet)
he'll calculate your macros and caloric intake.
They all use the same formulae, I don't see how you're getting different figures from different sites. My guess is you're confusing bmr with tdee.
You could just eat 2000 calories a day and cruise on that til you hit about 175 before you even thought about changing it.

Really? That much? I had 1,800 for the past 10 days and my weight didn't budge in all that time. I know it's not indicative of body composition changes, but with my level of "fat freak", I should have at least dropped 1 lb.
I'm down to 1,600 now anyway. If my strength suffers and/or I lose 3 lb by next Monday, I'll notch it back up to 1,800.
Also, it wasn't the sites giving me different information, it's that my carton of eggs said 66 cal per egg, so 5 should be 330, yet the weight of the eggs mixed before going into the pan was 287g which amounts to 487 cals (rounded up to 500 cals) on those calorie count sites. So as you can see, there's a bit of a contrast between the two.
