I take superpump 250, but I really don't like the way it feels after the workout. Plus, I'm pretty paranoid about the effects of preworkout supplements. What supplement, 1. is caffeine free and 2. has little to no additional health problems. I like superpump a lot, but right now I only do it for my big lift days (squats, bench press, deadlift) and I wouldn't mind taking something for the other days as well.
