Bro, sounds like your trying to get everything perfect, stop worrying about every little thing. Cottage cheese is a staple bodybuilding food as long as you dont get the fatty kind
lol, ya I really am meticulous about my diet. Alright, thanks for the advice.
Let me be one to tell you, me and YS, are prob two of the most anal people about diets, if we screw up by 1 freakin carb, we complain to each other.... but we have both graduated from that and although neither of us cheat, we have evolved to the point where it does not bother us. Remember bodybuilding and your diet is a lifestyle its not your entire life and if you make it that way you will #1 get burned out, and #2 be so worried over the smallest things that you will stress yourself into a hermit mode. If you have any questions we are here to help, read some of the other posts too, i just posted a list of good eating foods for BBer's on the "what to add post"

100% agree, took me a while to get this concept. Marc kept on telling me and telling me RELAX, best advice I could of asked for.
Dont worry about the little things, after a while you will learn this. And when it comes to what foods good or bad, once you get used to living the lifestyle its really easy to know what you should and shouldnt eat without stressing over it
Yah, thats exactly how I am. I hav'nt cheated in like 3 years. I am a perfectionist, but should probably try loosening up. Thanks alot for your posts. They were very helpful. Also, I was wondering if GNC carried Scivation products. Im interested in trying XTEND. I got a $100 gift certificate and wanted to use it tonight.
There's no problem with the fatty kind, either. Just make sure you're hitting the numbers you want.

Some GNC'S do carry some of our products. But not all of them
Do they still cost $50 at GNC for a large tub of Xtend? Or did they jack up the price?
Been there man
