how do you flex your pecs? most of you guys know what i'm talking about...
when i say flex your pecs, i don't mean both at the same time. i mean each individual one at a time. so that you can switch.
is it possible to learn? or is something you are born able to do?
i just saw a ufc match, and saw the winner flex his pecs as they were announcing him as the champ. so thats what gave me the idea to ask.
