Jonny Shap's Getting Ripped with Sub -Q ***Official Fusion Bodybuilding Log***

Hey everyone, this will be my first log of this kind, should be posting daily. Things I want to accomplish: [b]actually look like i lift[/b]. Been in the weight room for 3 years now, used to be well over 300lbs(never scaled it, so didn't have recording of true weight). I am looking to lose some fat with [b]sub q[/b].. I will also be taking their creatine [b]Purple K[/b] and their Test Booster - [b]Zuus[/b] along the way. I will be posting my daily eating, I know what i have to do to make this happen. Also my work out journey with you guys. I also will be recording some video's too.

Currently I work 2nd/3rd shift so my sleep times aren't ideal. Typically up between 11am-3am, here is my scheduled dosing.

just got back from the gym, did back/bi's .... went ham... i was leaking like 10 minutes into

so far sub q/zuus pills easy to swallow, i had taken other test boosters b4, and the taste made me want to yack.

gym was good, will be popping my 2nd dose of sub q in about 1.5 hours...

pretty much mirror, i don't mind being 250...so 250 10% bf would be awesome.... last time i did bf% i was 25%, i'd like to get down to low teens.

just got back from a day at the gym, did some light cardio/abs/calves :)

yea, legs are now my favorite... going to do abs too... so should be good

so is the something you guys could reccomend that i can eat/munch on? i work in food industry, so always around bad food :(... would help with the cravings :)

for help with cravings i like having a smaller first meal of the day so that later in the day when hunger hits i can eat!

as for snacks to munch on.. my favs are small amounts of fruits, veggies and maybe some hard boiled eggs/egg whites

yea the hardest thing for me is hunger control when working- i work typically 5p-1a

today i work 5p-11p, so i ate dinner at subway chicken salad @630pm, then around 830pm had some chicken again, 10pm i ate protein bar... main thing for me is not to eat crappy food, just gotta eat clean

a lot of energy for legs today, i am not sure how to explain how i feel, but i feel like i have mini fever in a good way... very alert... work out is faster, no breaks needed... should have the test booster kick in a couple days, (normally takes a week for me to start feeling it).

going to eat some kind of bread for dinner tonight, get me some good carbs... monday i will be get some more ON, prob take atleast 2 times a day, out of everything i eat, most filling.

gotta work 6p-? tonight might post later, but if not tomorrow :)

appetite pretty much gone during day... great so far..... prob going to store a lot weight, as i drink a lot of water through out the day... normally drink a gallon by 6pm.

I would give ZEUS 3-4 weeks before taking a noticeable effect.

how long do you take zuus for then? i took AI sports testo pro, i felt theirs in about a week... i ran theirs 8weeks tho.... ? on the dosing of sub q, so 2 pills is hitting me hard, as i am following the directions on the label.. can i wait a couple days b4 going to the 3 pills bc today is day 4... thanks

Jonny, many people will tell me they feel a test booster within a week or two and I'll often burst the bubble and say it's placebo - even if they're loving ourown product, ZEUS. To be quite honest I'll say this with most test boosters too. A pro-hormone or even a steroid takes 3-6 weeks to take full effect. Research on the key ingredient in ZEUS - Testofen, was based on 8 weeks at 300mg takenn twice daily. With this said, we'll say to use for a minimum of 8 weeks. Typically most will run ZEUS for 12 weeks on followed by a 4 week rest period.

As for SUB•Q, absolutely! Stick with the 2 caplets twice daily until you're ready to move forward with the full dosage of 3 caplets twice daily.

had a great bi/back day today, hit another .5 mile cardio did some abs/calves too.. my work outs have gone from 45min-1hr to 1.5hours with ease....so sub q is def helping on that front. going to start next (tuesday), going to 1mile in between the split...def loving this so far :)
