Abdominal strain/tear?
A couple months ago I was doing ab crunches and felt some tightness after the first set around my abdominals, I just stretched a little and thought nothing of it. I did another set afterwards and when I stood up if felt like a pop in my abs, something just felt wrong. Now, about 4 months later, though its very subtle, I can still feel discomfort in that area when I sit for too long or twist a certain way, it's in the mid-lower left abdominals. My question, how do you treat this and how long does it last?
