Welcome to my Hellraiser Training Solo Contest log! This is where all the hard work and dedication will be noted so you can easily follow along. You can expect workouts, supplementation, nutrition and other randomness found here.
So far, I've lost over 50lbs and I've been able to maintain strength and a lot of lean body mass. I'm going to continue this route, but take it up a notch with the help of mrdead and Rage. Whatever you do...take their advice to heart, they know what they're doing. They give Million Dollar Advice.

I will be following the HRT solo protocol from home, so my split will be the same, but on some of the days, I will have different movements.
Hell Session I - Shoulders & Arms
Hell Session II - Quads & Hamstrings
Hell Session III - Chest & Triceps
Hell Session IV - Back, Traps, Delts & Calves
Core
Cardio
For core training, I will do a bunch of variations of crunches, leg lifts and things of that nature. I'm going to be hitting all areas of my core and this might also include some stuff to strengthen up my lower back. It will change day to day so I will note what I do.
For cardio, I will be performing it twice a day. Once fasted in the A.M and another session in the PM. Some days I might change it up and do some sprints in the morning, or do a nice 45 minute bike ride. In the PM, it may be a 45 minute walk or a jog with my wife.
The Fuel
As of right now, my macros are 225g protein, 75g of carbs and <25g of fats. It's a little tough at first, but it's getting a lot easier. This comes from whole foods and protein shakes when needed.
The Supplements
My supplements will consist of Animal Pak, Animal Flex, Animal Omega, Universal Shock Therapy and also a BCAA product that I will use in various different ways. Also, since The fellas at Animal/Universal are nice enough to hook us up with part of the sweet stack I'll be using, I'll also post up weekly reviews here and there for them. It's the least I can do.
I'm looking forward to working with everyone for the next 12 weeks. Lets put in some serious f**kin' work and have some fun folks. Good luck to everyone!
To reach greatness, sacrifices must be made. You have to be willing to push harder, climb higher and dig deeper. When obstacles arise that might buckle the common man’s knees, you burst through because it’s the only option. There will be pain. There will be suffering. But where others fall, you continue to rise. Many are mediocre. Few are great. I’ve made my choice. Have you made yours?
There’s nothing “like” greatness.
(I started a non-contest log sometime ago http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=141299771&page=1 and I stopped updating it when I was picked to do a couple other logs. If you want to see what I have been doing for the past couple months, there it is.)
