I've been keeping at 15-30g carbs a day
not sure of fats
and protiens
but i fear i eat to much protein
typical day
2 protein shakes=60g
4pieces turkey bacon=26g
3-6oz chicken=25-50g
3whole eggs+3eggs whites=36g
everything else- cream,cheese,act-30-40g
total= roughly 202g
carb and protien calories= roughly 900-1000calories
and I'm guessing 800-900calories from fat
