I noticed about 2 months ago. I've just started doing Bent-Over rows and I do a couple to fail with a dumbbell on my left side, (My weak/small lat). Can anyone recommend some lat moves i can do at home or at the gym to even my lats out. Its driving me crazy. Thanks..

I've been doing Pull ups. All different types of pull-ups know to man. I see pull-ups doing there job but i want to focus on hit'n 1 lat so i can make it catch up in size to the other.. Dig. Pullups are great if your scapula flexibility is equal on both sides, otherwise other muscles might be taking over more on one side from our natural tendancy to develop more overall strength/flexibiliy in our dominant limbs. This can happen with any movement.
Lower the weight on your movements, be sure to retract the scapula first and make sure your shoulders/traps are equal on both sides when you do this, because if you can't do this without a decent difference from each side or a different burning feeling on each side then your shoulder girdle is not balanced and no matter what you do it will continue the way its going.

When u say lower the weight on my movement. For what excersice are you refer'n to?
Sometimes dude, your muscles grow at different rates. They will catch up to each other if you just keep lifting hard. SOmetimes that all you can do, wait.
I guess your right. I'll keep doing what i'm doing with properly. I'll continue to do some extra 1-arm Bent-Over Rows with a Dumbell on my weak side some more. See what happens..
You could also do independent cable pulldowns.

I'll try that at the gym but what about a "At Home" move. I got barbells/dumbbells and pull-up bars up the yenyang at home.
