If I can google, so can you.

Peanuts. They contain around 23 - 24 grams or protein per 100 gram serving (or 6.6g per ounce).
Though I think almonds are the 'top nut' as far as nutrition goes: (per 1 oz.)
166 calories
5 g of protein
14 g of fat (90 percent unsaturated)
4 g of fibre (the highest fiber content of any nut or seed), unblanched
80 mg calcium
1.4 mg zinc
1 mg iron
6.7 mg vitamin E
some B-vitamins, minerals, and selenium
Almonds are also alkaline forming and great for your skin!
nuts in your mouth won't garner much protein. unless...
peanut isn't a niut...negged

I like wallies the most.
Cheap and most tastefull.
They contain also the most omega 3 fats and less carbs.
I have to say almond butter is my favorite snack too.... especially on a rice cake with mashed banana and cinnamon!!!! (oh my!) I'm going too the grocery right now, brb with my bag!

measly reps
I feel nuts are more beneficial for healthy fats and micronutrients rather than protein. I would roll with macadamia nuts, but almonds are a great choice as well. Just avoid the processed variety...
don't know if you care about micronutrients but pistachios are a good source of several vitamins and minerals and are also the lowest calorie nut due to their lower fat content than most other nuts.

Yeah walnuts are good for O3s. And as someone else mentioned, they are more looked at as a fat source, so eat the ones you like. Personally I love salted roasted cahsews for the price.
Although the peanut is not a nut in botany, it is considered a nut in cuisine :)
Whats the best nut to eat? The answer is cashews, c-a-s-h-e-w-s......
I'd be hard-pressed to name a bad one; they're all good.
