Have you ever experience dizzyness while lifting heavy weights?
On the days I weight train. I notice when I lift heavy weights for an half-hour. I start feeling kinda light headed which is wield. I usually come to the gym energized and ready to train, but after lifting for awhile I'll start getting kinda dizzy. When it happens I'll drink water, take a short break and continue training.
After taking a break I usually start feeling alot better, but I don't know whats the main cause of it. It could be because my body isn't use to the heavy weights yet, but when it happens it can be a pain to deal with at times.
