Vitamin water 10? (Tea)? Certain soymilks (3-4 grams of sugar per serving, but others may have as much as 12). Almond milk.
Might I ask why you are so worried about citric acid?

Does it? We need vitamin C though, and just about every fruit with it has tons of citric acid... I say just brush your teeth more often and get an enamel preserving toothpaste like aquafresh if you're worried about it.
Edit: Also, considering you hardly eat any sugar as a diabetic, your teeth are going to be better off than most.

do you drink milk?
Not a milk drinker either lol. I love the hell out of some diet pop but everyone I know that drinks a lot of pop has front teeth problems. Of course they dont drink diet, but I just worry that all that citric acid will work a number on my teeth.

Like I said, a lot of it is also the toothpaste you use. Big factors are also flossing and how often you brush your teeth. Certain mouthwashes help to. One thing is for sure though: if you brush your teeth after consuming something worrisome, it won't harm your teeth.
Check out the Fuse drinks. They're delicious, and sweetened with sucralose.
Water is all you need baby
I was looking for an answer to this aswell. I have braces and can't have citric acid since it will loosen up the brackets, along with making white stains on your teeth. Vitaminwater 10 green tea has citric acid. Finding supps without it is a real pain.
