ONE day a WEEK workout**
I saw this workout that was featured on the Phily news the other day. It claimed that if you hit all muscle groups hard, in a one hour, one day a week routine you will see serious gains. I couldn't stop laughing. Is it just me or does anyone else find this stupid?
