[b] Notes: This Program was designed to build muscle while keeping fat gain to a minimum. Ive just completed a 4 week testing of Basic Cuts and lost several inches plus 4 pounds & over 2% in BF. I am at my body's set point right now at 139 pounds, My body is very happy at this weight. After this 12 week muscle building program I will then do a cutting program.[/b]
