I don't know about paleo but cross fit is a million times better than starting strength if someone is trying to get in shape. The only good thing about iifym is counting calories. Any diet that counts calories is better than iifym

You know... I don't think my legs are that small. (I mean they're small no doubt)
But I have knock knees and it makes it look INFINITELY worse. Might get TKR just to straighten my knees. It's like a priority in my life right now I fuking hate my legs.

Yeah, your legs look kind of weird when you pose like that but how often are you going to be standing flat footed with no pants on?
Unless your legs prevent you from sprinting at full speed or even jogging I wouldn't worry about it to be honest. I'm not sure what TKR is. If you can get it fixed for a reasonable price I guess you could always do it.

I have super small joints. BRB knee 14.5 when Znik's are like 19. I guess that's a good thing if I ever wanted to be a body builder. Muscles would stand out more.

My elbow is just under 10 inches when I pull the tape kinda tight through my fat. Probably 9.5 if I was ripped. Relaxed and arm straight. What's everyone elses? inb4 13.

I remember reading somewhere that how big your joints are determine how much LBM you can add naturally.
From what I recall being tall with small joints limits your potential.
That's just a general rule though for average stats.
I think the formula said the biggest I could get naturally at 10% was 205.
