I'm lucky enough to have a full-fledged gym at home, so when I want to work upper chest... I'll do dumbbell incline, barbell incline, incline flyes, and weighted pushups.

Weighted decline pushups
You don't even need to do a "variation" of the pushup-they hit the upper chest hard as it is.

There is something about going TO the gym, the atmosphere, etc that keeps me motivated. I'm not sure I would be as motivated if it were in my basement. So i'll just gloat about my gym. *gloats*

well...... as it is 15 degrees here... im not feeling bad for you. But I would probably invest in a home gym if my gym was 90 degrees and not air conditioned.

They're the adjustable ones, they're not in the pic. I also have a weight tree.

The home gym is 90, the other gym is 89 degrees(they have more fans).
I was implying that I could work out naked. I usually just wear shorts, and always barefoot.
Squatting naked isn't that bad, you just have to lay a few towels down.......

If you still have a CRT TV, you can try the TV press. A big plasmas might work too. Also you can to the girlfriend lift like Nicholas Cage does in one of his movies.

Actually, the adjustable bench is a seperate piece from the adjustable rack. I just pull out the bench, adjust the rack, there you go.:D
I still do my main workouts at my gym on base, I just use the home gym as a back-up.

Elevate your feet while doing push ups, like on a chair or couch.
try lying floor presses. they target the upper chest pretty well
