L-carnitine & arginine question

I am currently cutting down a couple of pounds.

My question is: Can I stack L-carnitine and Arginine together? When exactly should i take them? at same time, pre workout, different times?

I also use bcaa's, protein, green tea extract, glutamine, omega 3's and a multi.

my l-carnitine is from DYMATIZE ( acetyl l-carnitine) and my arginine is from SCIFIT ( mega arginine). Should i use the recommended dosages or what?

also keep in mind I am currently working out at 6p.m., and I use intra workout aminolast as bcaa's, which (i think) contain a bit of taurine.

The ALCAR is fine, but why the Arginine? Neither will do anything for fat loss.

the arginine just because i want to maintain some level of pump i guess.

You'll be fine stacking those together. L Carnitine increases the potential for mitochondria to burn fat and has been shown to help increase insulin sensitivity, try taking 1000-2000mg a day after carb meals or pre workout. Arginine will be good to take 3g's before bed time as its an ammonia scavenger and will help recovery during sleep. Not sure how much Arginine will help with fatloss though

yeah the arginine doesn't have anythind to do with the fat loss. I just thought it would be good to stack it with l carnitine.
But my arginine bottle says take 2-4 capsules pre workout...what should I do?

I would take the ALCAR preworkout or any other time you could use a slight boost in focus/mental acuity.

I wouldn't take the arginine at all. It doesn't do what you're expecting it to.
