I saw the thread for Ohio bodybuilders
Looking for people in the Columbus
area and what gyms you guys work out at.
I am on a 7 day pass to Powershack Gym
right now and just trying to get a feel for
what the other locals are doing.

I'm at Lifestyles. I like that you can get the passport membership and go to any of their 9 locations. If I ever get the urge while I'm on the other side of town I can go as long as I have my bag with me.

Thanks for your message.I am working at Internet Cafe Shop.We have stay very far location.
I am from Columbus, OH and train at the downtown World Gym. World Gym is a good gym and a bunch of new Gold's just started up as well.
i just started lifting at world gym in Lancaster, just south of Columbus. good place, and great people that work there.
I work out at Lifestyle on Henderson Road. I think they have a good mix of equipment and people from fitness to "almost" hardcore. Nothing off the wall, but some pretty serious people there - I like it....
world gym here..hot me up if u wanna meet...serious here

I've been a member of Powershack gym for 10 years and I think it is a wonderful gym. I have no complaints about the equipment. Plus, it seems like it isn't ever crowded in there. I give it a thumbs up.
I've been to the power shack in Westerville. Not a bad place, a tad small when quite a few people are there.
Right now I am a Lifestyles member........because I was grandfathered in from Cal Fit and I can't complain about what I pay. The thing about Lifestyles is, not only are there numerous ones, but you can find a different type of enviroment between all of them. If you want brand new equipment and a clean place with a swimming pool and hot tub....go to the Sawmill one. If you want hardcore beat up equipment with quite a few hardcore bodybuilder types, go to the Main St. one.
I'm at Worlds Gym. Though I could get a membership to Powershack through my apartment as well. Just never got around to doing that.
I just left Columbus. I worked of at Built Solid near Grandview. Nothing fancy, just the basics. That's the way I like it. The owner is really into the Strongman stuff so they have plenty of free weights.
The one in mill run is a nice
mix, no pool but better free
weight facilitation then the others
i have been to, the sawmill location
had next to none, and the one on
henderson felt crowded with machines.
I worked out at the Westerville Athletic Club when I first moved here and then LifeStyles at Polaris for a while. Seems all the other Chase folks were at the Polaris location too = soooo busy. I built out a full gym in my basement to avoid the crowds.

thats tight i work at the Panera Bread across from it whenever im home on breaks from school I work out at the Y on Cosgray rd though
Greetings I'm in Columbus. I work-out at home for now. But I heard that the Planet Fitness on Olentangy has monthly rates as low as $10 a month. I would like to hear of the best rates around town-so hit me up all.
I am all the way down here in Williamsburg, Oh. I don't go to the gym, but have everything in my basement that a bodybuilder could want, so that is the best part.
