What kind of healthy and easy to make foods can I make with grilled chicken strips?
Also, how healthy is brown rice? Would it be okay to eat it 2-3 times a week?

I also seasone it with some veggeta cook it on a frill.
Simple and tasty.
Thanks, both sound great. Any more?
Also, what about the brown rice? I was thinking of eating some of chicken with it. Is it okay to eat it on a regular basis?
i usually toss it in with veggies, throw some teriyaki in that piece and some ranch style beans on the side.
mmmm mmmm good
I don't see why you can't eat brown rice on a regular basis
i always eat mine with some veggies: green beans, mixed vegs. broc. green beans w/ almomds. also ill sometimes marinade mine in fat free italian dressing, gives it great moisture and taste.
i love caesar salade. its perfect and tasty.
anyway brown rice is Okay, not a bad carb , but dont over eat tho. specially if u are on low carb diet.
Thanks. I think I'll try to make some Caesar salad later.
Also, I was also thinking of making some kind of wrap with the chicken. Maybe with some black beans, corn, and some sour cream? Should I get the flour or corn tortillas? Maybe I need to find something that has whole wheat in it?

Whole wheat tortillas FTW. The whole wheat ones actually taste pretty good and they are very soft. Just make sure they are fresh when you buy them or they can be stale. Check the date because remember not many people eat healthy now days so the whole wheat ones may be sitting there for a while. I have had experience buying expired ones not paying attention. Just thought I would give you that tip.
Good luck!
