Cut off all tv, computer, phone, an hour before sleep. It has to do with your brain, too lazy to dig it up.
Sleep in a cooler room. It supposedly helps the body adjust to a temperature drop when you are about to fall asleep.
Sleep in a dark room. Very dark. Turn your phone off, everything off.
Melatonin. Works wonders
Put myself in comfortable position, stop thinking, if thoughts are racing I "look with eyes closed" as in just set my eyes in one position, closed, focusing on the black. Fall asleep really fast and heavy sleeper but cant wake up to save my life..
Melatonin + darkness.
turn of light + hop in bed + close eyes = sleep.
No harsh lights from TV/Computer/Phone an hour before bed. Read for at least 30 mins before bed. Listen to some calm meditation music with headphones.
count to 100 then back down to 0 if this does not work get somebody to punch you in the face and knock you out...it works!!!..youll sleep like a baby
Pretty easy.
Take a melatonin supplement and turn all the lights off in your room for about 30 minutes before you sleep. No screens or artificial light. Light inhibits melatonin production. Do something like meditation or stretching that doesn't require light.
By being really tired...
But I have used Melatonin and it def works quote nicely.
