as far as i know taking a **** is the way your body gets rid of waste...as for your meal going to waste, i doubt it can be processed and disposed in 15 min

LOL...its just brown rice.
your digestive system was full and when you put all the excess food into it, it got rid of it. It didn't digest it in 15 min, just pushed yesterdays food out.
