I'm impressed by Stan's knowledge in this video, where he talks about expanding the faschia and how he hits failure earlier due to his powerlifting training.
Still has the Rhino intensity though :D
flex annoys me though here... he has to provide assistance on nearly every rep stan does! and then that middle aged dude comes along to help as well on the smith machine upright row.

Yeah i think its because like Stan said, they are doing 13-16 sets of 20 reps... thats huge ! lol :p And he fatigues super quick due to training in the 1-3 rep range..

If "Rhino" says Ironman, there will be Ironman! Have u seen that dudes castle? Noone would like to **** with him. He coud've Olympia arranged just for him with Weider dancing on the stage.
stan is becoming one of my favs. i enjoy seeing him train.
