Is it normal that I am gaining 5 lbs a month. I have started bulking at 6 ft 1, 135 lbs 10% bf. In my 1st month, i have gained 5 lbs and gained 2 lbs in two weeks, so sitting at 142 lbs now. Never trained my legs before and they seem to be considerably bigger. My face and body is still very lean ( i take pictures, so bf has not changed ). Noob gains?
