Thru Hike Workout
So I am a little bit over 2 months into a thru hike of the Pacific Crest Trail. I began down in Campo, CA at the border of Mexico and the United States of America.
On a typical day I walk about 22 miles for at least 10 hours each day. I carry on my back at least 25 pounds and have carried up to 45 pounds the entire way.
I have hiked 941 miles so far and thought to post on here since I have not been online in a long while.
I eat in between 3,000-4,000 calories a day and have lost about 10 pounds of weight so far.
When I come to towns I eat a lot!
Ask any questions you would.
I rarely have internet, so I post to my blog

You can read every thing I have done and seen so far. No pictures until I am home. They are all on my GoPro and I won't be checking them out for a while.
Hope you enjoy! 1720 miles left to go!!
