What's my BF%?
Been lifting for about half a year now. Went from 170-180 in two months and I seem to have plateaued off. It's been fluctuating between 178 and 185 for about 4 months now. I really want to cut down to about 12% BF and cardio is not my strong point. I've only been using weights and have barely done any cardio. Will building muscle help cut fat?
And I was also wondering about what bf% I'm at right now.
