Check your diet, are you eating enough?
eat enough. you can't expect to get big arms bydoing chest alone.
Gain overall mass by eating a **** ton.
A big part of your arms are your tri's, not your bi's so much, so try to work on those a bit and you should be fine

should i take some protein.. we have some i just dont use it
your chest is likely dominant and taking the majority of the load when you bench.
Add a couple tricep isolation exercises at the end of your workouts, or do some extra tri work on another day later in the week (like if you do chest+tri's on monday try adding a few sets of tri isolation to your thursday workout)

I guess you're like me with the scrawny arms. Honestly like people said before, eat a LOT. I've been lifting for a little over a year now and my arms never really got 'bigger'. But last week, in one week, I ate a ****load of food, threw in the supps, and trained hard and the results were crazy.
