Fat between armpit and chest
Hey guys, I have lost about 70lbs and i am at a weight of 170lbs at 21 years old. I lift heavy 5 days of week and do all the exercises correctly. I have seen massive results in almost all parts of my body except for the chest. I still see a fat chest which does not have the shape even. Also the biggest problem is the fat between armpits and chest and right below the armpit. All that is very fatty and the only part which is unattractive.
What can i do to fix this? Please help
