grams of protein per shake
Which protein shake has the highest grams of protein per serving? I bought a tub of optimum nutrition pro complex which has 55g of protein per serving (the most i've ever seen in a protein drink), and was wondering if there are any other shakes out there with more protein?

There are some powders out there that have 60 grms of protein like Pro V 60 by labrada and many others but you won't assimilate that much anyhow unless you are very heavy. I use 50 grms of protein in every meal but that's because I'm over 200 pounds.
BTw, optimum pro complex is an excellent deal. Good choice.

Most protein per serving.
Personally I think going above 60 is stretching it, and even that should be multi-source. Isopure is 50g of pure whey which is much for something that's absorbed in about half an hour, and I personally use Twinlab Fuel Plex which has 45g (got a box for $12 at GNC. Man I love surprise 75% off sales). As for the most, the already mentioned Ultra 7 stuff has 80g, which is definitely too much at once for my taste.
That said, I also don't rely overly much on protein shakes. I make sure to have at least one a day, yes, always after a workout and whatnot, but the rest of my protein I try to get from food, resorting to a shake only if I can't get it any other way. Because I'm leary of weight gainers (far too many carbs for me) as MRs, I try and get my calories from food. Also milk! Big Cat got me goin on milk and it's been more helpful than anything. That's a factor in protein per serving. 12 oz of milk will ad yet another 15g of protein. Make that a full two cups and that Ultra 7 suddenly has 100g of protein. All at once. Woo. Hell, throw in some eggs and some cheese and you're climbing up on all you need for the entire day.
