Holy cow! My boys, ages 5 and 7 wear size 5 1/2 boys...lmao.
what?! holy cow! my 5 year old only wears a 10 in little boys sizes lol
my 12 year old on the other hand has such big feet that if I slide his shoes on I feel like a kid in their dad's shoes. lol
When I was a teen (feet have not grown since 5th grade except wider) I had a little cousin (boy) who outgrew some shoes and I ended up with them to wear out in the yard and around the house. They were light up power ranger shoes.....
OMG! in the gym this morning, I saw this girl with those exact pair of sneakers you are describing. I seen her there before but not with those sneakers and I kept looking at her sneakers, but she thought I was looking at her..
I wanted to get them for my gf. yeah, we're back together now.
Ahh...and they were VERY pink..with like a black sole..or something but very cute for a girl.
I'll try to post a pic later but gotta head to work. But they were the dope.
that's exactly what I want! I plan to lift with the big boys, but I refuse to apologize for my pinkness. (pink tees, pink ipod, pink earbuds, pink towel some days, pink keychain (with gym card on it lol) :)
congrats on working it out w/ girl
Thanks dude. Any pointers on how to accelerate the stomach portion? That's my main problem right now. I've been doing a lot of lower back extensions and weighted crunches to try to accelerate this process, but not sure.
Any tips from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
Stomach fat is typically the first to come and last thing to go in men unfortunately. Just keep with the deficit. No way to spot reduce unfortunately :(.

I tried googling them and I can't find the exact ones; they were def hotties. My girl wears pink too ALOT; I got her the pink ipod for the gym too. Next time I'm in the gym and I see her I'll def remember you and will snap a pic. I know they are Nikes but don't know the name.
Hopefully I won't be looked as a perv; but I loved them too. They'd look nice on any woman.
on a lighter note, I am looking for some obnoxiously pink (and black) lifting shoes, if anyone happens to see any around let me know. :)
I have really tiny feet and I wear sneakers now....not exactly ideal. (how tiny? size 4 boys (5 1/2 womens)
weebles wobble, but they don't fall down. :)
did some more dead lifts today. felt strong after eating a nice big baked chicken dinner. Hit 3 plates on each side + standard bar for 5 reps. I really need to watch videos on proper technique as i dont think i'm doing it right. another PR....was able to do a set of 5 hammer curls with 80lb dumbells 8-)

down to 186 as of this morning, pretty fast drop. decided to skip squats today because i can't even bend my legs more than 90°

so i went out with my buddy tonight, and he wanted to stop and get food from Wendy's. Asked if i wanted anything and i declined. He had this to say...
"I'd rather be fat and happy, then skinny and miserable"
so i replied
"I'd rather be in shape and happy, then fat and ignorant"

So hello again :) .
My weight this morning is 156.4lbs (70.9kg). I am looking good but I will look better when I lose the rest 7kg.
We have again hot time here, about 30 degrees.
I am waiting the weekend :) .

You know... parents. My mother told me that I am skinny :) :) :) and my father told me that I have to gain two more kilograms :) . The people outside (friends, my old teachers that I met when I was out for walking) told me that I am looking soooo good.

congrats mets...srs, great job sticking to your guns. I've done that whole fat and happy thing too....back when I was fing delusional. Thing is, when you're fat and out of shape for so many years, you kinda just roll with the punches and you forget how much heavier you are, how little energy you have, and you get used to turning blue trying to tie your shoes. That's what makes getting started so tough. Maybe one day your friend will understand.
