Are they legit or chit?
I have 11.2 in forearms at 5'8" and it looks puny. Wanna get at least 13 in.

How good are they for forearm size tho, how many inches gained in wut time frame?
Fat grips, like any other training tool, can have a positive impact on the muscles that they train if they are used properly. The real issue, as I see it, is for you to figure out a logical training program. It's not a matter of whether they work, but whether you are smart enough to use them properly. For the record, I'm not saying you are, or aren't. I just know how people with high ambition and a new "toy" get ;)
i'd be worried about it interfering with lifts
i would just train forearms separately personally... a bunch of barbell wrist curls
i wanted to try fatgripz but i think it would interfere with working other muscle groups because you would have to use less weight like on a bicep curl and that would make your bicep not get the best possible workout. I have never done a single forearm workout and my forearms are proportionate with the rest of my arm.
So this is what a bunch of people who go to my gym have been using. I've been wondering what those extra blue things are...
Very legit. Added more size to my biceps and forearms than anything else I've done in over a decade.
They are legit!
