What part do men usually lose fat from first?
I know everyone is going to say everyone is different, but tell me in general, where do men lose fat from their body first? I am asking this because I have lose 27 lbs (220-193) and I notice no visible difference whatsoever other than my face, and I know my face didn'y lose 27 lbs. So please answer my question, and if you don't know, tell me where you lose fat first when you diet. Also, last year I was at 155 (lost 40 lbs) and I didn't show any fat loss, but I was actually benching more after the diet. LMk. thanks.
