I don't know abou that,CytoGainer seems to get the best all around reviews as far as gainers go.I have used it and it is pretty good!
this winter though,I am switching between after shock cm and Monster Food.

Obviously eating is the best way to gain weight. Find a proper diet with all the essentials. As for a supplement, cytogainer is a great weight gainer. I had a lot of success with it. However, I think making your own weight gainer is the best way to go. Its cheap, healthy, and tastes good. In a blender mix: whey protein, oats, natty peanut butter, a banana, and milk. You can experiment with the mixture for taste preference.

Do explain as i'm interested and would like to be educated (and please note: my post was meant as a joke not serious as I never said its the best only that its what i'm using now because A) its what I can get as Russia is very limited in terms of Supps, B) I can afford it and C) its working)

all depends on your metabolism among other things. It probably would be better the more real food you can get in while you fit in a couple "regular" shakes. When I say regular I mean a regular meal replacement or whey protein without all the cals, carbs and other goodies some gainers contain.
I like Gaspari's Real Mass. I drink one of them in the morning for breakfast and one immediately after a workout. Very good tasting. Spendy though.

Yes you can get off the weight gainer at any time. At that point I would suggest Optimum Whey protein. Until then, train hard and focus on a high calorie, high carb, and high protein diet.
Thanks for all the help guys!

serious mass is much higher in sugar then CytoGainer. The less sugar the best, the higher sugar promotes fat gain as is just not the best thing for overall health.
the sugar/carb's are much more quality in cytogainer.
it is much easier to digest for the most part and it also contains no fructose or sucrose.
lactose free as well.
Taste is unreal, although I have only tried the mint.It has been A LOT of tubs, since I really like the stuff. If you search you can see the other flavors get a lot of good reviews as well.

if your looking for a supplement, you should check ALLMAX QuickMass. my older brother bulked up really quick drinking this stuff. plus i read it has over 1000 calories so i think that should help get you big :)
Mutant Mass has 1050 calories/52g of protien per serving...i'm thinking of giving that a try.

Thanks,
Yea. The sugar thing I know. Its just this has the least amount of sugar compared to every gainer here. The thing that sucks living abroad is that they don't have a large selection and shipping from the US is expensive for gainers and proteins. Seems like the only brands they have here aren't the greatest. They love Muscle Tech here. Its 50% of the inventory of every store.

Quickmass is amazing!
Just eat a lot of food, more than your body needs. IF you still aren't gaining weight, then throw in a high quality mass gainer like Quickmass.
