zma vs test booster

whats the difference in zma and a test booster? what do you think is better. i'm taking zma now and i'm alomost out i dont know if i should get it again or go with the test booster.

ZMA is just a combination of the minerals Zinc and Magnesium, which is suppose to support healthy testosterone levels. I think the best part about supplementing with this is improved sleep that people can experience. How do you like the ZMA? Is it doing anything for you?

When you say testosterone booster the choices are vast; from products that do very little to ones that can really build some serious muscle mass. What is your reason for wanting increased testosterone (libido, more muscle, ect..)?

In regards to efficacy, I would opt for a t-booster such as ActivaTe.

what if someone is looking for a test booster that gives them more energy and the "i'm the ****in man" mentality? You know, the feeling you get with high testosterone level, like the aggression, confidence, etc...

i'm looking to build muscle. i dont think the zma is doing anything. i feel the same and i always sleep well. and my sex drive is fine. i'm just looking to build muscle

ZMA only helps bring your test back up to normal levels.

Regenesen for sure. This is a single dimensional (testostrone) product which serves its purpose well. It does other things to establish this but this is the end effect that I consider its action by. This will do everything you want and increase libido too.

Testosterone is only one component that is required of many to build muscle. Augmenting just one to the extreme does produce results but can also promote the occurrence of side effects in the process.

When we designed our muscle building product (Supremacy), we wanted to make something that optimized hormone levels vs just jacking up one hormone T (testosterone) as high as we could. By modulating estrogen, increasing T, lowering catabolic hormones & prolactin, and increasing nutrient utilization we are able to yield a much better end results than just focusing on increasing T levels alone. For adding muscle I would recommend this or something that in effect that does the same.

I have a question. Do you believe avena sativa is good at increasing free test by decreasing SHBG, like nettle root? Also what the hell is Urtica Dioica?

I really like Avena Sativa. It has studies backing its effects on increasing LH production and believe it also have an considerable effect on test binding proteins. Until more research is done I cannot accurately comment between the two for SHBG binding affinity. I can say that combining the two do have a profound impact on libido which neither alone can produce. Urtica Dioica is Latin for nettle root.

Lowering estrogen is one of the ways it increases testosterone, yes.
