Yes.
Any consumptiom of wheat puts your muscles into a catabolic state while also adding pounds of fat AT THE SAME TIME. no wheat :(
I reckon on a 1500cal, 30g/fat diet, there's a lot of "Sticky Reading" time available since eating well is only a tiny fraction of your day.
