too many veins
i have been exercising for 4-5 months. Did SS for first 4 months. now doing something similiar to SS with some additional exercise.
I am extremely skinny. I am 184 cm tall and when i started my weight was 62. Now I am 66, gained 4 kgs but still very skinny. My problem is now that i have been lifting weights, i have just too many veins showing up in my hands and legs but my legs and arms are still very small. so looks quite gross
Is there anything i can do?? or once i gain more weight it should not look that bad once i have more muscles??? i personally wanna be 75 by 2010 dec.

dude, you are gaining weight way too slow
you need food bro

You have very little body fat and thus why your veins are highly visible.

Low body fat % = More vascular definition.

Hey. Don't you see all the NO products claiming to impart "maximum vascularity"? You got it for free! No reason to get worked up over that.Yes it's due to your low bodyfat percentage, but then it also depends a lot on your genetics. i have way more bodyfat than you (13-14%) ) and still sport a lot of veins on my forearms, biceps, delts and chest. And I am not in great shape or anything though i try to lift heavy. Once you gain some more mucle, that crazy vascularity will make you appear more ripped than you are.
