My HIIT and Workout Routine
Hey guys,
I am currently 14 and this is my HIIT Routine:
20 seconds burpees
10 second rest
20 second mountain climbers
10 seconds rest
Repeat!
Then I move immediately into:
20 seconds high knees
20 seconds Push ups
20 seconds Plank/static hold (Push up position)
20 seconds mountain climbers
20 seconds Flutter Kicks
20 seconds leg raise hold
1 minute rest
I repeat this for 6 rounds which equals 30 minutes.
I perform this HIIT routine 3 times a week. This is my workout schedule:
Monday - HIIT/Full Body Workout (Using only bodyweight)
Tuesday - 1 hour of mixed cardio and strength and then 1 hour swim
Wednesday - HIIT
Thursday - 1 hour of mixed cardio and strength and then 1 hour swim
Friday - HIIT/Full Body Workout (Using only bodyweight)
Saturday & Sunday - Rest
